Model IL/IW centrifuge is a type of centrifugal discharging filtrating equipment with continuous operation. The suspension liquid is evenly distributed on the wall of the filter mesh at the small end of the conical drum; the liquid phase passes the filtrating medium and is discharged out to the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum. Under the action of the conical surface component force of the centrifugal force field, the solid-phase material continuously slides towards the big end of the drum and is discharged out of the drum. With Model IL, the solid is discharged form the bottom of the base, while with Model IW, it is discharged from the front machine casing, This machine is capable of continuous feeding. separating and self-discharging during the full-speed running, and has such features as high separating efficiency. large production capacity, simple & compact structure, smooth running, easy & convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

APPLICATIONS：

Applicable to the separation of suspension liquid containing solid-phase material (in the form of crystal, amorphism or in the form of short fiber),with the granule size larger than 0.1mm. Applicable to chemical and light-industry, such as sugar, baking powder, salt cake, common salt, coal slurry, viscose fiber, plastic granules, etc.
